Terms and Conditions

Application:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must present a valid, official ID with a photo
• If an employee of RGOC, must be job level 401 and up (this program does not qualify as an employee benefit or privilege)
• Signed application is submitted to the concierge of Rustan’s Makati, Rustan’s Shangri-la Plaza, Rustan’s Gateway Mall, Rustan’s Cebu, and Rustan’s Alabang Town Center
• A fee of P350 applies for new applicants. In the event that the card’s magnetic strip is damaged, the renewal fee is waived IF it is reported within a three month period
• A corporation may have an FSP card, but an individual must be assigned on this account.

Temporary Card Issuance

• As of October 22, 2009, when a new member applies for an FSP card, they are issued a temporary card where they can start earning points.
• The temporary card is valid for 30 days after the time of application.
• Once a customer has activated their permanent cards, their points are transferred.
• Once the customer’s temporary card expires, they have 30 days to transfer these points at the concierge. If they do not do so within the 30 days after the expiration of their temporary card, they will lose the points.

Permanent Card Issuance

• Permanent cards will be available 3 weeks after the time of application
• The customer may claim their card at the concierge, or ask that their permanent card be mailed to them at the address Rustan’s has on file
• The FSP 2 card is valid for (2) years
• After two years customers are asked to fill out another application form as a renewal, and will be issued a new permanent card
• The member has to renew the card no later than a month after its expiration to qualify for the transfer of unused points. Otherwise, all points shall be forfeited.
• A renewal and replacement (if lost, stolen, or damaged) fee of P200 is charged to the member.

Earning Points

• FSP 2 card holders are rewarded 1 point for every P1 spent within Rustan’s Department Stores including all regular items, X items, C items, Clarins Institut, Murad Spa, and Dermalogica, corporate purchases IF no other discount has been extended
• Purchases not valid for crediting include purchases from SSI, Sale Items, Fine Jewelry Items, use of GCs as a tender of payment, use of ePurse as a tender of payment, any transaction involving merchandise returns, discounted GC purchases, and payments for all store services (e.g. engraving, embroidery, alterations, gift-wrapping, valet parking, etc.)
• The use of ePurse is restricted as follows:
• Not accepted to settle outstanding accounts
• Not convertible to cash
• Further discounts are not applicable to ePurse transactions
• ePurse as a tender of payment is not valid for FSP crediting
• ePurse may not be used to purchase gift certificates
• FSP 2 card may be used in all branches of Rustan’s Department store EXCEPT for Red Tag (Robinsons Place branch)
• FSP 2 card must be present upon payment, we will enforce a policy of “NO CARD, NO POINTS”
• Points expire every 2 years. An FSP card with no recorded activity for a period of 2 years will be considered inactive.
• Unused points expire 30 days after the expiration of membership (2 years).

Redemption of points:

• ePurse can be redeemed at the  value or reward of the customer’s choice at the concierge by presenting their card with a Valid, official ID with photo.
• Cardholders can start redeeming ePurse after they have earned 1,000 points
• The amount of ePurse is calculated based on the tier they are qualified for. Please see table under “benefits” for more details.
• Only the cardholder is authorized to redeem benefits.
• ePurse can be redeemed by another person with a letter of authorization and FSP Card accompanying valid identification of both the FSP Member and the Authorized Representative.
• A member’s points are printed on receipts
• Cashier has the capability to view unused ePurse

Benefits:

Members are awarded benefits based on the points they have earned during the two-year span of their membership

FSP	1,000 points – 500,000 points	1,000 points = 5 ePurse Pesos
FSP Premium	500,001 points and above	1,000 points = 10 ePurse Pesos

Others:

• Rustan Commercial Corporation reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict the FSP program or any aspect of the program at any given time without notice
• Membership in the FSP program may be revoked at any time; any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, or any misrepresentation may subject Members to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program
• FSP points for a member as reflected in Rustan Commercial Corporation records shall be deemed correct and Rustan Commercial Corporation reserves the right to determine the amount of points to be awarded for any transaction
